Introduction: Physical activity and exercise have numerous physical psychological benefits. However, some individuals persevere in despite the various problems it causes – physical, emotional, social psychological. Aim: The present study aimed to explore effects of gender, group exercisers supplements on occurrence obligatory young adults. Another aim was psychometric characteristics factor structure Croatian version Obligatory Exercise Questionnaire (OEQ). Methods: included 124 kinesiology students 109 recreational (107 males 126 females) early adulthood engaged kind activity. participants provided information about sociodemographic completed Questionnaire. Results: Analysis revealed three factors: frequency commitment, preoccupation intensity, emotionality. Obtained findings correspond previous modified reduced versions instrument. results research indicate that male more often are committed than females exercisers. Participants using vitamin nutritional often, preoccupied intensely those who not any supplements. Likewise, show highest levels Conclusion: suggest students, use may be riskier for development.
